Seonna Hong :: Railroad

On May 22nd, sixspace is delighted to present Railroad, the second solo exhibition by represented artist Seonna Hong. For Railroad, Hong will show fifteen new paintings that reflect a subtle, quiet, somber yet also joyous nature. It will also mark the debut her first series of oil-on-canvas works.

The new body of work by Seonna Hong in Railroad explores the duality of innocence (in the form of curious and contemplative little girls) and life (as depicted by fast-moving trains). Continue reading >>
