is proud present Newfoundland, the second solo exhibition
at the gallery by Carrie
Marill. Newfoundland features a new series of gouache-on-paper
paintings depicting threatened or endangered flora and fauna existing
in an imaginary world.
Carrie Marill utilizes painting as a way to investigate
particular subjects (such as her 2006 exhibition Duke
and Duchess focusing on the story of Duke and Duchess of
Windsor, Mrs. Wallis Simpson and Edward, Prince of Wales and her
